Postage and delivery:-
Once we receive your order we aim to post at the earliest possible time. Orders received before 4pm will be posted the same day, after 4pm we will post the follow day. If paying by cheque we will post the same day the funds clear our account.
 
Returns Policy:-

We offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a refund or replacement. All we ask is that the item is returned within 14 days unworn and in the box as it was delivered to you. We are not able to refund your postage costs. We will only refund postage if the item is faulty. In this instance we ask you obtain proof/cost of postage and send at the same time.
